The Woodland Pipeline Extension Project was a new 36 (inch), 385 kilometre pipeline that originated at Cheecham Terminal located south of Fort McMurray, Alberta and connected to Enbridge’s existing terminal in Edmonton, Alberta. This project followed primarily along existing pipeline rights-of-way.
Progress Land was involved in and implemented the early public consultation with landowners and municipalities, and acquired the Rights of Way, Public Lands Pipeline Agreements, and 3rd party permits for the project and handled communications between the construction contractor and Enbridge, as well as negotiating compensation for damages caused to the land along the pipeline route.
